1.   How to make a Reservation for inquiring about Insurance Claim

When you finish medical treatment and recuperate, you need to make sure to prepare the following documents in advance:

1)   护照复印件one passport copy

2)   发票原件、病历记录、医生联系方式及费用清单receipts and records of medical treatment, doctor's contacts and fee list

3)   病情证明单（出院小结）discharge abstract

4)   银行卡信息单Bank card information sheet printed from the bank

5)   本人有效电话号码 Available phone number of your own

2.   Insurance Service Day: 

If you want to inquire about insurance claim, please come on the last Wednesday and Thursday of each month (Working days only). Scan QR-code for more details.

1)    You haven't finished all the treatment.

2)    The materials are not complete and correct.

3)    You were treated in sub-branch of public hospitals, ward area for foreigners/special treatment and needs/ high-ranking officials, etc.
