Please check the enrollment brochure for details. 5. I have not been studying Chinese language before, is it a problem for my daily studies? We recommend you to apply for English taught program, for which HSK is not a compulsive requirement. The Chinese Language courses are included in the undergrad programs, or you can choose one year Chinese Language Program study before starting the undergrad. 6. During the lectures, students are allowed to use their computer or not? Do absences affect the grades? Students can use their laptop. Absences do affect the grades and other assessments. 7. How long is the bachelor thesis period and is there a lectures held during the thesis writing period? The thesis and supervisor will be arranged from the last year. 8. What must I do after arriving in China? (1) Applying for Registration Form for Temporary Residence at the local police station within 24 hours. (2) Applying for Health certificate before X1-visa expired, which takes normally 2 weeks. (3) Applying for Residence Permit before visa expired. 9. How can I apply for study during holiday? You can send the photo copies of application materials to our email or apply online. 10. How does an average study day look like? The length of the lectures and the length of the day? Students are required to attend all the classes according to the timetable, the monitor and teachers will do attendance check every class, which will be one of the bases not only for your study marks but also for scholarship assessment.
