Notice on Internship Tagging Visa Application
for 2019-2020 Academic Year
Dear Students,
In accordance with the Exit-entry Administration bureau’s regulations, International students who wish to do internship must apply at Exit & Entry bureau. The bureau will actively doing random check on international students who work illegally. Students found working illegally will be fined and in severe cases, deported.
The first time internship visa tagging application starts from today to 2019-12-13. The second time internship visa tagging application will start from 2020-2-27. In principle, Internship tagging visa application only open to senior international students.
It will take about 1 month to apply for the internship tagging and no internship tagging application service during the winter holiday. Please preplan your time.
For more information please download “Notice on Application Requirements & Processes”. Or you can consult Ms.Guo, Jinbao Building 313. The working hour is 8:30-11:00 and 13:00-16:00, every working day, expect Thursday afternoon and Friday afternoon.

2019-2020学年期间实习加注的通知
按照上海市出入境对外国留学生校外实习的相关规定，外国学生要进行校外实习必须在出入境办理加注手续。出入境将在全市排摸留学生的非法打工，对发现没有办理加注非法打工的学生，将予以处罚，严重者可能被终止学习遣送回国。
2019-2020学年期间第一次实习加注办理从即日开始至2019年12月13日结束。2019-2020学年期间第二次实习加注办理从2020年2月27日开始。原则上仅允许大四的同学进行该加注的申请。
实习加注的申请通常需要一个月的时间，寒假期间没有实习加注申请服务。请同学们规划好自己的时间。
