2018年春季在校语言生申请继续学习的通知

各位语言生同学：

欢迎继续在上海立信会计金融学院学习！

详细报到注册步骤如下：

一、申请学习时间：

目前在校学习的语言生，若下学期计划继续学习，请于2017年11月27日至12月19日，到留学生办公室（金保楼313室）递交申请表和护照复印件，申请审核通过后，领取并保管好《报到注册流程表》；

二、缴费、签证和学习注册的办理时间：

报名成功的同学可以在12月20日后，带着流程表、护照和临时住宿登记表来留学生办公室（金保楼313室）办理缴费和签证手续；然后在金保楼311室办理学习注册手续；

三、需要申请延长住宿的同学，至国际交流中心前台办理宿舍延长手续。

注意事项：

1.学费：6400元，保险费：400元

2. 2018年3月5日（周一）开学报到

3.请同学们注意！若没有特殊情况，务必在12月19日前申请延长学习，若不按时完成申请，会影响报到注册手续的办理。

Notice on application for

2018 Spring Language Program Continuing study in Lixin

Dear Language students,

Welcome to continue studying in Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance! The application procedures are as followed.

1.  Application Time:

Current Language students, if you want to continue studying in our university, please come to international student office (Jin Bao building 313) to submit the complete application form with picture and passport copy from27 November to 19 December,after being accepted, you will get aRegistration Guide for Students and should keep it safe.

2. School Payment, Visa Application and Study Arrangement:

       Those who applied successfully should takeRegistration Guide for Students, passport and TR, come to international student office (Jin Bao building 313) after 20^th December 2017, to finish school payment and visa extension. Then, make study arrangement at Jin Bao building 311.

3. Students plan to extend on-campus accommodation, please go and apply at the reception of International exchange center.

Attention:

1. Tuition Fee RMB 6400，Insurance Fee RMB 400

2. New semester Registration Day is 5 March 2018 (Monday)

3. Please pay attention! Except special circumstances, you should finish the extension procedures before December19th. If the application is not completed on time, it will affect the subsequent registration process.
